Such is his undying love for coffee that every time he walks by a coffee joint, he gets lured by the piquant aroma wafting, and ends up entering the coffee shop no matter what time of the day it is or how busy his schedule is. But belonging to a family of pure vegetarians, and being a pure vegetarian himself, Virat only orders coffee, and stays away from ordering any appetizer for the fear of vegetarian food being cooked with non-vegetarian.

Realizing this, Virat started scouting for coffee outlets meant for pure vegetarians, where he can sit back and unwind with an invigorating cup of coffee and delicious vegetarian grub. And it soon dawned upon him there was no such place in the market. This sparked the idea for Espresso Café – ‘the drive with unique coffee, for the outlet serves only vegetarian fares.
